I’ll be real honest, my additional commentary is probably significantly lacking at the moment, because my personal life is in a little bit of upheaval. Mostly, I’m just having a difficult time really getting into any kind of headspace to critically think about anything at the moment. At least I still like my face, though.

“MeMadeMay (2019) day 21. These pants are maybe the second thing I ever made for myself, and the reason you’re only seeing them 3 weeks into the month is because they’ve only recently started fitting me again. So… that makes me feel pretty good about myself today. Today’s caffeination is courtesy of The Perfect Cup.”

These pants are (Very Easy) Vogue 8628, from… I don’t know, somewhere in the 70s. The illustration on the envelope is very transparently Annie Hall. The thing about a lot of my early makes is that I had no idea how to resize anything, and even if I did, it probably didn’t really occur to me that I’d need to. So these pants have fit, not fit, *really* not fit, and now they fit again, for the third time in my life. Which is great, because I love them.

These were also the subject of my first ever outfit photos, in 2015.
